1General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the jpkok platform and all its services. By using the platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

jpkok is an entertainment-based online gaming platform that provides live casino, slot games, and sports betting services for Bangladeshi users. The platform operates with SSL encryption and ensures fair play.

3Age Verification & Protection

jpkok strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If any minor creates an account using false information, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe after an age verification request is received, the account's transaction capability may be restricted.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 — Supported Payment Methods

jpkok currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions through any other method are not accepted.

4.2 — Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or a deposit of ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳18,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 — General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specified expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or identities will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to third parties.
• jpkok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback applies at up to 0.3%, 0.7%, and 1.0% for Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers respectively.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the jpkok platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Our games are powered by reputable technology providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 — Technical Errors

If an unusual result occurs in any game due to a technical error or software issue, jpkok reserves the right to void or recalculate the bet for that round. Any winnings displayed as a result of a technical error are not final.

6.2 — Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game will be completed on the server according to the established rules. The correct result will be reflected in your account once the connection is restored. In such situations, our server logs will be considered the final proof.
